This weekend, we had the greatest experience at Colonial Subaru buying a 2021 Forester. Meeting with Justin Gliem in Finance was another very positive part of the process as he thoroughly explained options, also without pressure. Last was the "coaching" on the car's technology, patiently and pleasantly explained by Erin Smith, reducing my anxiety greatly. Yesterday I took my 85-year-old mother to Colonial VW Subaru to get a new Subaru Crosstrek. It's her first new car in 14 years and she was really nervous about everything, including all the new tech that Subaru to get a new Subaru Crosstrek. David, Justin and Rachel were all unfailingly patient, kind and thorough throughout the entire process. We were never rushed and all questions were answered (even the ones asked more than once!). My mother was never once pressured with a "hard sell." She is now happily driving her beautiful new car to the grocery store and running other errands.
