Each time we've worked with Dave Johnson, and each time our experience has been wonderful! He's such a nice man, and not only is he customer friendly, he is VERY knowledgeable about the cars he's selling! I feel as though he's not there just to make a sale, but to honestly get you into a car that is a perfect fit for you! I will definitely be returning to Colonial for my next car purchase and I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a VW!! More

We were hesitant about returning to this dealership because our last experience was with a very unprofessional salesman. For at least the past 20 years we have returned to Colonial each time we needed a new vehicle so we felt a sense of loyalty to return and we’re glad we did. We met David Johnson upon arriving at the dealership and he was the epitome of professionalism. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and attentive to our needs. He assured us our experience would not resemble our last visit and he was truly a man of his word. It was an efficient, positive experience. Dave listened to exactly what we wanted and made it happen. He is truly an outstanding sales representative. Karen, the general manager deserves an award for her 100% commitment to customer service. She is exceptional at her job and truly cares about making every person whom walks through that door happy. Tony Kuznetsov, answered every single question I had about the cars and treated me with the utmost of respect, friendliness, and professionalism. He helped me make the best decision about my car purchase, and went out of his way to meet all my wants and needs. Again, someone who truly cares about making his customers happy. Ted, another salesman there, was also incredibly helpful and friendly, along with Justin who ensured I was well informed about my purchase and made the buying process easy and carefree. Employees went above and beyond I came into the dealership not really knowing what to expect as a first time buyer. From start to finish every employee I interacted with gave me outs I came into the dealership not really knowing what to expect as a first time buyer. From start to finish every employee I interacted with gave me outstanding service, but David Johnson really brought the experience together for me. He accommodated my financial needs, was very informative, and I did not feel like he was talking down to me because I am a younger customer, which was very important to me.
