Outstanding Service; Impeccable Car Buying Experience I have been trading in and purchasing cars from Colonial Volkswagen since 2007 and I have no regrets. 2 of these purchases were done in the last 2 mon I have been trading in and purchasing cars from Colonial Volkswagen since 2007 and I have no regrets. 2 of these purchases were done in the last 2 months for my sons who have recently become drivers. Colonial VW has the most efficient and friendly staff who have always made me feel safe and comfortable when driving a Volkswagen. I have developed a trusting relationship with salesman Shawn Koegler and service consultants Kevin Wagner and Dana Harding over the years. This trust I have added to my legacy by introducing Volkswagen cars for my sons. My oldest son began working out of state last November and decided he wanted to purchase a car. This past Friday he flew to Philadelphia to purchase the car. After the purchase we drove 13 hours on Saturday back to his home and I flew back to Philadelphia on Sunday. Yes he could have gotten a car close to home with maybe a corporate discount from his job, but there was no guarantee there would be a "Shawn" at that dealership. Shawn is helpful, efficient, courteous, straightforward and knowledgeable. He conducts his deals in a courteous and professional manner that speaks to the culture of the dealership. Shawn communicated each aspect of the purchase in a clear, simple manner that my son, a first time car buyer, could easily understand . Michael Britland thoroughly explained the various features of the car, and answered every question that was posed to him. Once again I left the dealership a satisfied customer. A week and a half later the check engine light came on. Took it in for service Dana Harding was very helpful. Also Erica and Lauren were very helpful with helping me get on my way with a loner car. I wish all dealerships worked in this professional manner. More
