This is our second car purchased at this dealer and I have nothing negative to say, both experiences were centered around my needs, and they were very comprehensive, reasonable, professional, and patient. I had a positive experience at Colonial Toyota in Milford. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and working with a salesman. I had the pleasure of working with Steven. He was pleasant, PATIENT, Milford. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and working with a salesman. I had the pleasure of working with Steven. He was pleasant, PATIENT, professional and had a great energy about him. He was straight forward and answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. Working with the finance department was also a good experience, I found them helpful and professional. All the information was straight forward and clear cut. I also left with a lot more knowledge about financing, credit and the vehicle buying process. I would definetly go back to Steven and buy a car again. I would recommend him to my family and friends that are looking for a Toyota. I walked off the lot with my 2022 Toyota Prius Prime and I am very satisfied. My car is going to last a long time but when that time comes to upgrade or trade in I'm going to Steven! He was great and I wish him success! More
