The staff at Colonial Toyota was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. The salesperson I worked with, Mr. Sayed Hossan, made the vehicle purchase and delivery process very transparent and flawl accommodating and helpful. The salesperson I worked with, Mr. Sayed Hossan, made the vehicle purchase and delivery process very transparent and flawless, and was able to offer me a very competitive deal in today's challenging new-vehicle market. He provided a complete excellent and exceptional service. With today's car market and lack of availability of new vehicles, Sayed advised me to place an order for the vehicle I was interested in. I was well received at the dealership by Sayed. We went over all the important details surround today's new car market, the vehicle I was interested in ordering, and the procedure of ordering a new vehicle. Sayed made the process of placing the order of the new vehicle very simple, and he made sure to be very transparent on all the key details. I was told that the wait for the new vehicle would be ~2-4 months. However, I received a call from Sayed a few days later stating that an opportunity had opened up where a vehicle very similar to the one I ordered was delivered to the dealership that day, and due to circumstances, I had the option of purchasing and picking up the vehicle the next day. I really appreciated Sayed proactively thinking of me and making me aware of this opportunity, which I capitalized on. I decided to purchase the vehicle that was made available. Sayed asked me all the key finance and insurance related questions/requests ahead of time, in order to have everything document-related ready when I arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership the next day to pick up the vehicle, Sayed had all the documentation prepared ahead of time, as promised. I was granted the option to test drive the vehicle, before reviewing the documentation and sealing the deal. Sayed had the vehicle was properly cleaned and detailed for delivery. After the quick and efficient test drive, Sayed and Gaby Morales guided me through document review and sign process. All the details surrounding the deal were as-expected and lined up perfectly, with no surprises. Once the all the documentation was reviewed and signed for, Sayed oversaw the vehicle registration process, in order to put the plates on the vehicle. A short while later, the vehicle was registered and the plates were on the vehicle and the vehicle delivery was complete. Thanks to Sayed, this was my quickest, most transparent, and most efficient car buying experience! Can't give him enough credit! He did a wonderful job! Looking forward to purchasing many more vehicle from Colonial Toyota via Sayed for many years to come! Thank you for your great and excellent service! More

I had an issue regarding the replacement of tires on my newly purchased Toyota Sienna. Andre assurred me that I would be satisfied. The tires were replaced with the correct type of tires. I did not have to pay any additional amount for the replacement. Andre took care of everything. I had a positive experience at Colonial Toyota in Milford. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and working with a salesman. I had the pleasure of working with Steven. He was pleasant, PATIENT, Milford. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and working with a salesman. I had the pleasure of working with Steven. He was pleasant, PATIENT, professional and had a great energy about him. He was straight forward and answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. Working with the finance department was also a good experience, I found them helpful and professional. All the information was straight forward and clear cut. I also left with a lot more knowledge about financing, credit and the vehicle buying process. I would definetly go back to Steven and buy a car again. I would recommend him to my family and friends that are looking for a Toyota. I walked off the lot with my 2022 Toyota Prius Prime and I am very satisfied. My car is going to last a long time but when that time comes to upgrade or trade in I'm going to Steven! He was great and I wish him success! More
