I am writing to give a rating on my visit to Colonial Toyota. My sales Person was Ryan Bray And I could’nt find his picture or name in your list of employees. I personally think this should be corrected Toyota. My sales Person was Ryan Bray And I could’nt find his picture or name in your list of employees. I personally think this should be corrected immediately. I have never dealt with a better /Friendly/Nonpushy/ and just all around a great sales person. I came in just to look not to buy after about a half an hour of talking and looking I new Ryan had me. He has the personality that just makes you like and trust him. And on top of that he went to his manager and was able to get me a $500.00 credit for my old car which I was taking to the junk yard. I am and always have been very untrusting of car salesmen because they need to sell to make money so they usually will say anything to get a sale. Ryan Bray is the total opposite of everything I have always thought of car salesmen. I know I sent a message last night but I received a return that it did not go through so if you receive two messages I am sorry I just want Ryan to get recognition. This was a small sale to the company I am sure but at the time Ryan treated it as a million dollar contract. My wife has a 1997 Toyota Corolla and when it is time I will be in looking for Ryan. I came to just look not buy and then Ryan Bray came over to help. I only had $5000.00 and did,nt want a loan payment. We searched online for a used Highlander Hybrid and we went to Colonial Toyota to look at one that they had. Carlos took great care of us and even came in early to drive the vehicle a half-hour to our mec went to Colonial Toyota to look at one that they had. Carlos took great care of us and even came in early to drive the vehicle a half-hour to our mechanic to get checked out! He was very friendly and made sure we got everything we needed by the time the deal was completed. The Wii room for kids was very helpful in keeping our kids patient through the whole transaction. We love our new car and would recommend Carlos to anyone who is looking. He is eager to make his customers happy and willing to go the extra mile for them. More
