Kind and Tremendously Helpful I planned to lease a Toyota Rav4, and my salesman Bryan Velez was so kind and helpful in organizing the right model and make for me. While we were sit I planned to lease a Toyota Rav4, and my salesman Bryan Velez was so kind and helpful in organizing the right model and make for me. While we were sitting to sign the papers, the manager Frank Pratts stopped over and chatted for a bit (when did you graduate, what have you been up to, etc. etc.). Fifteen minutes later he asked me when I graduated from college again, I said May 2013, and he goes "wait if you bring your diploma in, you can save even more money on your lease!" This happened yesterday, I had two days left before that offer expired. Anybody could have no mentioned that deal and just let me pay more for my lease, but these guys were awesome and helped me get a car that I love! Carlos Rodriguez then showed me all the functions of the car and was very friendly and detailed in the descriptions. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you're looking for a first-time lease. More

I've purchased three vehicles from this dealership and traded in one within the last 18 months from Carlos Rodriquez and most recently Hyginus Erege. Both of these individuals are the best in the business. Their consultative approach, complete transparency and focus on total customer experience is second to non. I highly recommend these individuals and this dealership. More
