Luck of the draw. I called Colonial Toyota in Milford and was connected with Michael Jacko. I told Mike that I was looking for a 2022 Rav4 Prime XSE PP. Mike took t I called Colonial Toyota in Milford and was connected with Michael Jacko. I told Mike that I was looking for a 2022 Rav4 Prime XSE PP. Mike took the time to explain the market situation with the Primes. Toyota was not taking orders, dealers will getting specific allocations, there were wait lists, and dealers, including Colonial, were adding markup amounts to the MSRP. Mike indicated that the most efficient way to get a call back was to put down a refundable deposit which I did. Mike sent a text on July 14 to see if I would be interested in a Prime XSE without the PP. The color and packages worked and I told Mike that I was in. Along the way, Mike was very professional and quickly provided answers to all of my questions from out the door pricing to taxes, title and registration, to help with understanding Colonial's Iron Clad Powertrain warranty, to even making sure that the service department didn't add a front license plate holder when I asked. For not meeting Mike in person, or even visiting the dealership this was a very good auto purchase experience. Much, much better than my past dealings with local auto dealers. I have no qualms recommending Mike and Colonial Toyota in Milford and I would definitely think about buying another Toyota from them in the future. Maybe even another Prime. More
