The quality of the service department has significantly declined since I purchased my vehicle 8 years back. Early on the service was prompt and courteous. My last appointment required a 3 hour wait for an declined since I purchased my vehicle 8 years back. Early on the service was prompt and courteous. My last appointment required a 3 hour wait for an oil change and I made an early appointment to avoid any service backups. So this will be the last time I bring my car for service here. Do not know who is to blame for this decline, but damage has been done! More
