I recently purchased a Prius V III with the help of Colonial Toyota sales person, Mike Derr. It is the second car( 2005 Prius) I have purchased from Mike. He was really helpful in many ways. Made sure I was aware of my options.And kept me up to date on the status of this new version of the car as it developed. Mike is friendly without being overbearing. Manages to stay in touch without pestering. He supported my style of decision making by providing all the info I requested to help me decide what car I would choose and where I would get it. Buying the car from Mike was a good overall experience witnessed by my coming back for a second car. I have had previous experience with other car sales styles that made me wonder 'why a dealership would think that annoying me would encourage me to buy a car?'. I have always walked away from those settings.I found none of that at Colonial Toyota with Mike. The car is so new I only have 130 miles on it. It is going to take a while to get to know it and to see to see if I love it. The price was ok. Of course, I wish I had gotten more from my 'old' Prius.... (Not up to Mike). Over all I will be back when this Prius needs to be replaced unless of course the car lets me down. Mike has not. More
