Knowledgeable I bought my other 2 toyotas from Greensburg Toyota, I emailed the man I usually dealt with, he told me he'd get right on it and call me. Waited 3 week I bought my other 2 toyotas from Greensburg Toyota, I emailed the man I usually dealt with, he told me he'd get right on it and call me. Waited 3 weeks, never heard back. Then went to have my Rav serviced at Laurel Toyota, was out looking at cars, not one person asked if I wanted help. Salesmen walked past and never even acknowledged me. Went on-line to Colonial Toyota. Was contacted almost immediately from Tim Neal. He was wonderful! He explained all of the features--my other Rav had some of the same features that the salesman from Greensburg had never explained. Tim took the time with me, explained everything, told me I could call him anytime if I had any questions or problems. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was going good.
