Yesterday we(my husband and I) begin our search for a new Chrysler vehicle. I have communicated with Lacey DeCosta several times during the winter from our second home in Florida, She always answered me new Chrysler vehicle. Because we have been customers of Colonial South for more than 20 years. We find the group of sales personnel knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy. We have found prices are fair and personnel are interested in customers preferences and work hard to meet our needs. While we are still looking today , we do have a vehicle we liked very much at Colonial South. We just always check out other dealers in the area to compare prices . In the past I bought a 2020 Jeep from Ben Fisaro and in 2021 I leased a 2021 Dodge bighorn also from Ben. I have recently gone back to this dealership to buy out my lease and worked with Dave Bent what an 2021 I leased a 2021 Dodge bighorn also from Ben. Beware of lease calculations that include a rent fee which nullifies your incentives. Don’t agree to a monthly rate until you see how it was calculated.
