We have used this service department 5 or 6 times since they opened there doors in 2012. We found them to be honest and straight forward with the estimates and the work that we had done was completed core they opened there doors in 2012. My husband and I had tried several Chrysler stores before finally selecting this one. We wanted a Chrysler 200 for a decent price, but everywhere else we went, the price was either way too high or the sales finally selecting this one. We wanted a Chrysler 200 for a decent price, but everywhere else we went, the price was either way too high or the salesman was extremely rude. Here, we met David, and he treated us like he knew us forever. He didn't try pressuring us into buying something we didn't want. He listened to our concerns and got us exactly what we wanted for around the same price we were looking to spend. He was friendly, funny, and considerate, which I found is really hard to come by in the car sales business. David, along with Mark (the General Manager) really made our experience great. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! More
