Colonial South Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Went to trade our Ford truck for a Dodge with lower payments. Day 1 we were shown an old dodge that had clearly been in an accident as the drivers side door was unable to be closed. Then we were told payments. Day 1 we were shown an old dodge that had clearly been in an accident as the drivers side door was unable to be closed. Then we were told the price of a newer used vehicle, took it for a test drive and when we got back the price increased 5,000$. Finally we settled on a new truck, negotiated our trade and the price of the truck, went home to make our decision. The next day my husband got the payments down another $10 a month. Over the following few days our sales consultant or the general manager was out, although we called and stopped in a couple times to try to finish the deal, we didn't want to start over with someone else. Today we were ready to buy. The finance manager comes out, takes $3k off our trade, inflates the price of the new truck and tells us they cannot honor any price we may or may not have been given last week (despite even our sales consultant attesting to the price we were given.) Waste of time and effort! These people are manipulative and if you read the reviews of the other sales guys, I kind of even wonder if those were made up! Stay clear of this dealer! (I rated quality of work poorly since they didn't even notice one of their trucks doors wouldn't actually close) More

I purchased my Chrysler 200 from Colonial South Chrysler and I dealt with David in the Sales Department. It Is refreshing to deal with a Sales staff that listens to what you want. I purchased my 2012 Jeep Liberty from Colonial South Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I only take my Jeep to them for service. I've had other cars and have been to other dealerships, but not like Colonial South Chr Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I only take my Jeep to them for service. EVERY time I take my Jeep in for service everyone is always friendly and very helpful. Especially Paul Sutherland. He makes sure I am in and out in no time. He lets me know what will be happening with my car and keeps me up dated until its done and ready for pick up. And its ALWAYS ready when he says it will and ALWAYS done right the first time :) My Jeep Liberty is in good hands :) and this makes me feel safer on the road. THANK YOU Colonial South ! I have to say I am happy with the service there. I came in and was greeted very nicely, I felt no pressure. I had a truck that I bought a year ago and was unhappy with thed gas mileage I was getting, Dana was very knowledgeable sowed me many cars pressure. I didnt think they would be able to help because I had just bought it brand new a year ago, but Mark the General Manager was very gererous when appraising my truck I received what I had paid for it so I didnt have any negative equity to carry over. The entire staff work efficiently and made it the fastest and eaisesst purchase I have ever made they were very understanding about time and had me in and out in no time at all.
