What I I am New to the dodge Family. Volkswagen man here. However, when Chrysler unveiled the all new 2013 Dodge Dart. I researched it for 5 moths. What I read about the car was impressive, not to mention the Styling. Fell in Love with this car, then I drove it, and absolutely had to have it. I think it it one of the sportiest, curviest, sexiest looking cars on the road, price bar none. Especially, after firing up the 1.4 Lt.. Multi-Air Turbo Charged engine. The sound of this little Beast is down right sporty, aggressive, and yes sexy. This little engine makes some of the best sounds this side of ferrari. Thats what she sounds like. A baby ferrari. She sounds like a little race car.Thats what i call her anyway, a baby ferrari, However, her formal name is 'The Little Charger", as a I name all my cars. I figured the name would be perfect for her, paying homage to Dodge and staying true to Dodge tradition. She is Little, but packs a punch. this car supports evidence to the fact that you dont have to be the Heavy Weight Contender to deliver the Knock out punch. And with real world gas mileage of 39 mpg highway, 27 mpg city, and 27 mpg combined. what makes this high gas mileage car even more impressive is that it is capable of 0-60-mph in 7.6-7.9 seconds, and on to a top speed of 127 mph. She balances out her impressive 160 turbocharged Horses with 184Lb Ft of torque that peaks at a relatively low 2500rpm -4500rpm, with very little turbo lag below this range. Therefore, low and midrange torque is abundant and performance is rich. Lots of fun. Ok, enough editorial about this car. Chrysler is not paying me enough to market this car, but I still will...LOL!!! Thats Ok, I enjoy talking about things I love.I Love this car, so for those of you who haven't, but are thinking about it, go drive a 2013 Dodge Dart. You will buy it for sure. Buy it at Colonial South. Ask for Brandon Rodriguez, or Dana in sales. If you have financing questions, just ask Rob. If you have any questions about anything at all just ask Mark Babineau, the General Manager. Whatever he cant answer, he will point you to the person who will. Dana and Rob , both Have last names, I just dont know what they are. So, just think of it as kinda like a "Madonna" and "Pink" thing going on....LOL!!! Now, the person, and team that is the subject matter of this particular survey I have not mentioned yet. They are and become the most important Person(s) that you will continue to do business with at this Dealership after you purchase your vehicle. You see, the purchase of the car is just the beginning of the sale. The start of a new relationship. The start of a new family has begun. This takes trust. Trust begins to nurture Loyalty. Trust is developed on a give and take basis, on behalf of both parties. The Dealership and the Customer. So Now, this brings me to the most important person in reference to the subject at Hand. His name is Paul Sutherland. Paul is the Service Manager at Colonial South Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. Lets see, How would I best Describe Paul. Ah, lets see. Paul is Kind. He is Mild Mannered. He Listens to customer concerns, and identifies with those concerns. He will go the distance to make that customer satisfied in reference to caring for their vehicle. This reflects excellent Customer Service Skills, in turn showing Superb Salesmanship. He is also Honest. A very noble quality indeed. Oh, did I mention, Johnny on the Spot too. On several occasions, I had some questions about my vehicle that perplexed me. I didn't even have to make an appointment. Paul asked me when I wanted to come in. Most dealerships require you make an appointment, which is realistic. Paul took me right in when it was convenient for me. Not that it would always be the case. I am not the only customer. Its not all about me. It is about trust though. I do trust Paul. That is a big feet for me, you'd have to know me to understand..LOL!! My car is my baby. That sums it up in just a few words. There. you get the picture. So, anyway, Paul has given me many reasons to trust him. So, I do. I entrust him with my vehicle too. Sometimes in Life, we climb small mountains together. That is an exercise in trust, believe me. Paul is a good mountain climber. So then, I now have a new family at Colonial South. Dodge and I have an all new Dart. Dodge has a new Dealership. I think their two new kids are good ones!! My service Experience thus far, has all been positive. Paul is not just the Service Manager, he is also a customer. He drives a Chrysler, and Dana does too. Paul has been servicing Chrysler Products for 35 years, and this shines through as he bristles with such refined brilliance that is beyond reproach. I know I must sound like a Public Relations guy, but really, i am not. I am just a happy and satisfied customer of Colonial South and a proud owner of a 2013 Dodge Dart Multi-Air Turbo. Thanks Paul. We have used this service department 5 or 6 times since they opened there doors in 2012. We found them to be honest and straight forward with the estimates and the work that we had done was completed core they opened there doors in 2012. My husband and I had tried several Chrysler stores before finally selecting this one. We wanted a Chrysler 200 for a decent price, but everywhere else we went, the price was either way too high or the sales finally selecting this one. We wanted a Chrysler 200 for a decent price, but everywhere else we went, the price was either way too high or the salesman was extremely rude. Here, we met David, and he treated us like he knew us forever. He didn't try pressuring us into buying something we didn't want. He listened to our concerns and got us exactly what we wanted for around the same price we were looking to spend. He was friendly, funny, and considerate, which I found is really hard to come by in the car sales business. David, along with Mark (the General Manager) really made our experience great. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! More
