Bad service and oil change again!! All I can say is Colonial Dodge in Dartmouth is a joke. How do I sit there for 3hrs waiting for my car to be serviced and they do an oil change or All I can say is Colonial Dodge in Dartmouth is a joke. How do I sit there for 3hrs waiting for my car to be serviced and they do an oil change or supposedly do an oil change and they don't even top off the fluids not the first time that it has happened last time they forgot to reset the computer 1,000 miles later my change oil light came on. xxxx if they are xxxxing up on an oil change what else aren't they doing right. Also same place that I went to find the issue with my car and they had an open invoice for a month but couldn't be bothered to jot down everytime I came in so it looks like I only came in once even though I had been there 5 times and wasted 15hrs in a month. Thanks for the help guys in your fine paperwork for the warranty.. More

The quality in Dodge trucks after driving one for the last week is excellent and is easily better than Chevy. The trucks are built to last and all the small things a truck owner would want was added. I would recommend David to anyone I was very happy with the price and service all around and have not one complaint. I'll be a customer forever there is no way I would think of going back to driving a Chevy Silverado ever again. It's quite obvious why you guys are running on truck of the year 2 years in a row. Before I knew it, I was walking away with a new Jeep. I feel like I got a reasonable deal. Like everyone else in the world, I was hoping to get more for my trade-in, but that's how it goes. I have been driving the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude since Monday and absolutely love it. No buyers remorse. Bob Machado (not sure if I'm spelling it right) treated us well--especially considering it was only his second day on the job. I will look there for my next vehicle (in 10 years). :-) More
