As we returned to the lot and passed another salesman standing outside, my salesman Tony commented that the guy was an idiot and had no business selling cars. (I hadn't asked for his opinion on the other employees). The worst was Noor, however, because his tactics will have the longest negative effect on my family. I asked them not to do a "hard pull" on my credit yet, they agreed. When it came time to actual pull the credit to determine the financing, Noor said he would only go to his 3 best banks (with the understanding that too many pulls have a negative effect) but instead he had TEN BANKS do hard credit pulls causing my credit, which I had been working so hard to rebuild, to do a nosedive. So my credit report now shows a sudden surge of 10 inquiries over the span of one weekend. My wife and I actually had the feeling that they were doing it on purpose because the experience there was so strange. After we left on Saturday we decided to not buy the car from Colonial South and we went and bought a car elsewhere, for a fair price, and had a much better experience. More

Lack of integrity. Colonial South pulled a bait-and-switch to get me into the dealership. The price of the vehicle in text messages was $250 a month, when I got to the dealership I was quoted with $505 per month. Really sucks considering I have bought 3 Jeeps & 2 Rams from other dealerships close by. Great product just was treated the wrong way here. Dave was great though. More
