Terrible experience, beware of Noor! If you are going to Colonial South, make sure you ask who the manager is you're dealing with. If it's Noor, run in the opposite direction. Noor had my trade appraised at 40% of the value I had gotten from two other dealerships and on top of that had the mechanic come and tell me that there could be a coolant leak (not true). When I asked if he had checked the coolant level to make sure there was one, he said he hadn't checked. They will low-ball you and lie to make you think there's something wrong with your car so you feel like you deserve a low appraisal. After I said I was gong to leave Noor suddenly decided he was going to pay that 40% more for the trade and his concern for the coolant leak magically disappeared. You have been warned. Stay away from this dealership and clear of Noor.John from Finance and Chip were great but too late to repair the damage Noor Ramhamy had done. More

Went into dealership on Thursday morning jan 16th spoke to a salesman, toke car for a test drive and while taking test drive was told by salesman to no finance through dealership because intrest rates woul to a salesman, toke car for a test drive and while taking test drive was told by salesman to no finance through dealership because intrest rates would be high at 22%. Liked cars and told salesman I'd be going to the bank to get a loan, salesman told all my information down and said he would call me later in the afternoon. Went to the bank filled out paperwork for loan. Was approved for loan and called dealership back friday morning..jan 17th..was told salesmen was not in. I then called Saturday the 18th at 9am..spoke for a women who then told me..the salesman quit thursday..I then spoke to josh the sales manager who then told me he would call me back of the car..1pm I had to call josh back who still didnt look anything up about the car..at 3pm..went to dealership and was then told cars been sold. By chip another manager. They then tried to blame me for car being sold..I infor.ed that salesman said he would call me thursday afternoon and never did..that. no one ever called me to say he quit, After filling out all the paperwork and getting approved for the car..they tell me they have a different car there if I want to look at it..this is the worse dealership ever..they screwed me and they didnt care..thier attitude is oh well..next customer. Dont go there..take the time to drive to another jeep dealership where they are honest. More

My problem was able to be correct by a computer flash update and I have not had the issue return since. More
This is the worst dealership I have been to by far. It all started when they delivered a brand new Jeep to me with service lights on the dashboard. When I brought it to the dealership, they couldn't not all started when they delivered a brand new Jeep to me with service lights on the dashboard. When I brought it to the dealership, they couldn't not fix problem and on the way home, all the electrical shut off in the car. They told me it was safe to drive, but meanwhile I got pulled over on the highway by a state trooper at night because my tail lights weren't on. I explained the situation and he spent 10 minutes with me trying to get them to work. Colonial Dodge promised to fix the problem, and put me in a courtesy loaner which was not equivalent to my purchase. I have a 5 year old daughter and they put me in a 2 door soft top bright orange Jeep Wrangler because "that was all they had available." The service department told me they had to order a part and it would be a few days. They never called me when the car was ready and they denied ever needing to order a part to fix the car. I was also patronized by the manager regarding the lemon law and my rights regarding a leased vehicle stating, "We aren't going to let you drive around in a lemon." When my original car was returned to me it was a matter of days before the check engine like and ABS lights came on in the car. They placed me this time in a 4 door wrangler because I had complained, and this car proceeded to break down at a red light. They couldn't place me in any working vehicle except a 2 door wrangler that was unacceptable. Needless to say I didn't possess my originally purchased vehicle for 3 weeks. Long story short, I was also promised by the manager that they would pay my first month's payment because of all the hassle. I brought the bill in the week of Thanksgiving, handed it directly to the manager (I won't state actual names even though I should), and he said he would take care of it. I told him I have a very busy life and I don't spend money on new cars for me to have to bring them to the dealership to be fixed constantly. When we got the bill for December, it showed the first month hadn't been paid and the late fees now affected our credit. When we called about it, we got lied to by the manager saying a check was sent and cashed by me at a local citizens bank, which I proved impossible with my work badge in history and my bank statements. They eventually cut us a check to pay for the first month's payment but the damage had already been done. This is the worst place to get your car, fully of shady incompetent people. The only decent person was the dealer that sold us the car and after all these problems arose, they decided to let him go instead of take responsibility for their own issues. I still haven't decided what I am going to do about how we were treated but I will never recommend this place to anyone. More

It's now November 30th, a month later and although they paid off remaining balance of loan, they still owe her $13,675. All the while, they have the car for sale on their website even though they haven't finished paying the car off and they supposedly have no title. She's contacted the local News Stations and she's working with her attorney as well. Time to bring this company down and expose them for what they really are....shady thieves!!!! More
This establishment cut the hanger off of my exhaust and welded it to the side of my car, when I went in to have a recall fixed. The service manager, Dan is of NO HELP WHATSOEVER in fixing the matter.
