My experience with Colonial South and Joe Zekus was a prime example of great customer service. He answered all my questions and issues. Well, they (Joe) put all those concerns to bed. They live up to their integrity and customer service. You can buy with confidence. I love my truck! More

A no pressure buying experience. I worked with Joe Zekus primarily and he makes himself as useful as possible to the customer. I bought my Jeep and never thought twice about the price or quality of my purchase. Ben Fasano Sr. is super helpful with financing and presents your options in a way that's easy to understand. He's respectful and listens to you when you have questions or concerns about financing, warranties, etc. Great experience here. More

He was genuine and honest so I knew right away that I wanted to work with him. Joe Z. reached out shortly after and had me provide information so that they could have everything prepared for me upon arrival and Ben F handled the financials flawlessly. Joe even got back to me on his day off to answer a couple questions that I had. I told him when I would be there and they had my car waiting in front for me. While I was signing the paperwork, Joe was transferring my plates. I was there no more than a half hour. I will never go anywhere else for a car again. Thanks to the team for changing my views on the car buying process! So happy all around and, of course, loving my new car! More

As a REPEAT CUSTOMER who has purchased over $150,000 of 2019 new vehicles at Colonial South, I approached Colonial South and offered a substantial dep As a REPEAT CUSTOMER who has purchased over $150,000 of 2019 new vehicles at Colonial South, I approached Colonial South and offered a substantial deposit to factory order a 2021 new SUV pending availability of the order books opening. I first called the dealership and was greeted by one of the girls that take the calls and redirect. She HUNG UP 🤔 on me as she did not understand my request (in need of SUBSTAINTIAL TRAINING with respect to customer satisfaction). I then posted an inquiry via the dealership's web site. My inquiry received an immediate reply and call back. A salesman by the name of CHIP GRAY returned a call to me. I explained to Chip that I was interested in placing a deposit on a newly announced 2021 SUV and to customize the factory once the books open later this summer. Chip had to check with dealership management (NICK SURDIS) as expected. Colonial South REFUSED MY BUSINESS. Perhaps... due to a GREED GAME 🤑 dealers play when they add a dealer-markup over MSRP on rare or low production vehicles. My guess is Colonial South has plans to do this when they receive one of these SUVs and hence refused my REPEAT BUSINESS as they want to sell to the highest bidder. Unfortunately for Colonial South, they have forfeited my business on additional cars and trucks as I have called another dealership whom gladly took my deposit and promised not to play the dealer markup over MSRP game on the 2021 SUV. When will CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and REPEAT BUSINESS take priority over DEALERSHIP GREED at Colonial South?????? More
Not much of a review person but figured this situation deserved one. I was nervous about going to dealership do to Covid. Open arrival they were extremely busy and had no free salesman the manager Joshua deserved one. I was nervous about going to dealership do to Covid. He also asked for my keys so they could start appraisals on my vehicle. Soon as i got back Joshua had all numbers ready for and it was the best transaction I've ever had by far!! Thank you so Much Joshua! I will forever be a customer because of this experience. More

After reading poor reviews, I was skeptical to reach out to this dealership. I was right, I should of kept scrolling to find another dealership. I contacted Chip Gray weeks ago and still waiting on informat to this dealership. I was right, I should of kept scrolling to find another dealership. I contacted Chip Gray weeks ago and still waiting on information. I also contacted the manager and he was no help. Was looking to get into a new grand Cherokee ASAP and they lost a VERY easy sale. I knew what I wanted and wanted to make the process as smooth as possible! Unfortunately they were the only ones making it difficult and time consuming! More
Should have heeded the warning in another review. Made appt Lacey for 5:30, was 8 mins late. Lacey informed me she had clocked out and got a sales guy.
