What a waste. The manager was wearing a North Face sweatshirt & jeans. Talk about unprofessional wanted to go thousands under KBB value for my trade in. I said if they couldn’t offer me more, at least sweatshirt & jeans. Talk about unprofessional wanted to go thousands under KBB value for my trade in.
