BEWARE of sleazy sales tactics! My wife (at 6 months pregnant) drove over an hour to go buy a used Chrysler Pacifica from this "dealership" for our family. Online the price was fair and labeled a "great pregnant) drove over an hour to go buy a used Chrysler Pacifica from this "dealership" for our family. Online the price was fair and labeled a "great deal" on Autotrader. However, after hour spent doing the test drive and trying to get a discount for two rips in a seat and some scuff marks they said, "Oh, the price is actually $28,000 not $24,000 (before taxes and fees!)...yeah, we are allowed to post cars online for up to $4000 below actual..." Really!? In what world is that okay or even legal? It is people like the sales people at Colonial that ensure that car buying continues to be an epic nightmare for anyone in need of car. After their twisted treatment of my wife, they must have gotten worried about a bad review like this because they then took the car offline and have since reposted it with a higher (still completely deceptive) price. So, if you don't care about undisclosed rips in seats, scuffs in bumpers, and paying thousands more after being lied to about the price, then Colonial is the right place for you More
