He reached out to me multiple times to keep me updated and helped me get the SUV I wanted with the monthly payments I wanted as well. We spent a few hours with him between Tuesday and Thursday and he is very laid back and I never felt pressured into rushing into anything and he did everything right to make us feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Also want to thank the financial manager Ben for his help as well. Ben was very straightforward and honest while going over all the information on his side of things and he never once made me feel pressured into adding anything he was offering onto my bill. He took the time to explain each individual thing and answered any questions we had. They got everything done in a timely manner and made sure I was happy with everything multiple times. I test drove the car Tuesday, signed paperwork Thursday, and my vehicle was in my possession by Sunday. Such a smooth and quick process and I'd highly recommend going here to anyone contemplating it.
