I called this dealer to inquire about a vehicle. It’s a cash sale so it’s very simple. I was transferred to a man named Chip after one salesman told me because I lived out of state I would not be able to p cash sale so it’s very simple. I was transferred to a man named Chip after one salesman told me because I lived out of state I would not be able to purchase a vehicle from them. I was confused so they transferred me to Chip. Chip is probably one of the most arrogant and rude people I have come across during my car buying search. I have never had a dealer speak to me in the way that he did. He was very negative and condescending. Basically take it or leave it he doesn’t really care about my business. I work on an ambulance in my community almost 80 hours a week I don’t have time to make multiple trips back-and-forth to Massachusetts And just wanted to pay cash for the vehicle send them the money ahead of time let them do everything they need to and go pick it up. I was blown away by this experience and did not realize that dealers could refuse to do business with customers based off of where they live. More
