My husband and I decided to stop off at Colonial Chrysler & Jeep just to look at new Jeep’s. In the process of browsing a salesman “Joe” came out and introduced himself to us. Joe asked me questions about & Jeep just to look at new Jeep’s. In the process of browsing a salesman “Joe” came out and introduced himself to us. Joe asked me questions about what I was looking for and needed. I mention, I had a new job opportunity working in Boston. Alex was an absolute professional. Most dealers make me nervous and I’m not a big fan of buying a car. I walked in "off the street" and needed some help with my Jeep--a little feature related to Bluetooth that I couldn't get to work. Mathew Tavares came right over and offered assistance.
