Colonial South Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Went into this dealership this past Monday, with a printed out build for a ram 2500 truck. I gave it to the salesman who went in back for quite a while only to come back with something very different printed out build for a ram 2500 truck. I gave it to the salesman who went in back for quite a while only to come back with something very different. He handed me a paper with a build for a 4x2 truck in stead of 4x4. I asked him to fix it, at this time he informs me that you can get the 'snow chief package' on a gas truck, that you had to get a diesel (that is a lie by the way). So he goes in back to fix the build to a 4x4 truck, when he returns the build now has $2100 equipment group added to it that was never discussed or requested. When I questioned the addition and the story about the snow chief package the salesman basically shut down and stopped dealing with me. when I asked if pieces of the package could be added separately I was informed that Ram is "out of the whole package, they are all out" even though the same guy told me minutes earlier I could get the package if I made a $9,000 upgrade to a diesel truck.... I went to Stateline CJDR in Somerset just minutes away the very next day, they built exactly what I wanted no problem no hassle. I would encourage anyone in the market to also avoid this dealership and head to Somerset.. a 20 minute drive could save you an hour of lies and run around. More
