Excellent customer service and professionalism, seamless and expeditious. Been to other Ram dealers and did not get this level of customer service. First off I want to say how good my salesman and the managers were that came over to talk to us were awesome also. But!! The finance manager John is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever se managers were that came over to talk to us were awesome also. But!! The finance manager John is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen! He stood over us while the manager was taking to us at the desk. I made a comment about how it was getting late and I know everyone wants to go home. Everyone said no it’s ok but this man… who yelled behind the car that he was standing/staring at all of us with evil eyes. “NO! It’s not alright. I WANT TO GO HOME!” I guess the guy is friends with the GM so it’s common practice for This guy to be rude with no repercussions. I was done after that and my husband and myself left after that. This guy shouldn’t be in the customer service industry!! Shame on you! More

I really appreciate the comfort and work put into helping me get my first car. I had some crazy experiences in trying to purchase with other dealers, was pretty exhausted and very untrusting by the time I go me get my first car. I had some crazy experiences in trying to purchase with other dealers, was pretty exhausted and very untrusting by the time I got to colonial. David worked through that and definitely gave me a better idea of what a great deal ship can do and change the car buying experience from nightmare and crazy to exciting and great. Benny in finance also did great and was fun to work with. I appreciate it given how hopeless I felt when I walked in. Thanks colonial! Great Job! More

Ben did it again. Traded in my Dodge Ram that I purchased from colonial 2 years ago to something with three rows of seating due to the family growing.
