First off I want to say how good my salesman and the managers were that came over to talk to us were awesome also. But!! The finance manager John is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever se managers were that came over to talk to us were awesome also. But!! The finance manager John is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen! He stood over us while the manager was taking to us at the desk. I made a comment about how it was getting late and I know everyone wants to go home. Everyone said no it’s ok but this man… who yelled behind the car that he was standing/staring at all of us with evil eyes. “NO! It’s not alright. I WANT TO GO HOME!” I guess the guy is friends with the GM so it’s common practice for This guy to be rude with no repercussions. I was done after that and my husband and myself left after that. This guy shouldn’t be in the customer service industry!! Shame on you! More
