I was informed by my sales person, David Bernier of Colonial Jeep, that he had called Colonial Chevy and they were expecting me. FYI David Bernier & Colonial Jeep were always courteous, and effective in their dealings with me. I arrived at Colonial Chevrolet and entered the service area as instructed. The Service advisor, I believe to be Rick Fernandes, was speaking to other staff members and eventually looked up, held up his hand as a stop sign & told me, (bruskly), "I'll be with you in a minute". After an unnecessarily long period of time, he looked up and said, again bruskly as if I was bothering him, "What do you need?" I explained my situation, and his reply was, "Ya, well no one called me, These guys are always doing this, who was your sales rep?" I told him, his comment was then, again impatiently, "well I may be able to do this in 20 or so minutes, if I can get you in at all". Not wanting to deal with this attitude, I decided to take care of the inspection at a local service station, 45 miles away near my home on Cape Cod. I've managed and owned businesses, (hotels and resorts) for over 30 years. This type of employee is going to kill your reputation and negate any good business practices and infrastructure investments you will make. More
