Crooks - Service Dept. can NOT be trusted The service Dept here are crooks. These guys are not my normal service location for our 9-year-old car but went here to get an inspection sticker bec The service Dept here are crooks. These guys are not my normal service location for our 9-year-old car but went here to get an inspection sticker because I was in a pinch. I was quite surprised when they told me the car failed and handed me an estimate for $650 for repairs. While it was a huge inconvenience I left and took the car to my normal service Dealer and the car passed the new state inspection with flying colors. I was told that there no safety concerns with the car and that it was well within the new state regulations and no work was required. More

A simple issue that could have been easily resolved over the phone instead required us to drive 30 minutes to be told that we could get the part we needed at Walmart. No offer to sell us the part, and not even an apology for wasting our time. No effort was made to understand the problem we were trying to solve before we were told to come in. I am truly dissapointed in the way this was handled. More
Fall asleep waiting every time The past 3 times I had to have service here the wait time has been unacceptable. Over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I dread coming here and the dealership is so inaccessible. It's on a one way side of route 6 and requires traveling past by more than a half mile only to take a u-turn to come back. Nothing in walking distance while you wait unless you want to play Frogger and try to cross the highway to get to the mall. More
Great experience for truck repair We were traveling in Mass when our truck broke down. (We're from Pa). Rick Fernandes and the folks at Colonial South Chevrolet took great care of us. Evaluated the truck that day, had parts shipped overnight and arranged for a loaner car. The truck was ready the next day. Service and cost exceeded our expectations! More
Attitude that kills After buying a new Jeep Cherokee at the sister dearlership, Colonial Chrysler,Jeep, I was told to go 2mi up the road to Colonial Chevrolet to obtain m After buying a new Jeep Cherokee at the sister dearlership, Colonial Chrysler,Jeep, I was told to go 2mi up the road to Colonial Chevrolet to obtain my 2014 Inspection Sticker. I was informed by my sales person, David Bernier of Colonial Jeep, that he had called Colonial Chevy and they were expecting me. FYI David Bernier & Colonial Jeep were always courteous, and effective in their dealings with me. I arrived at Colonial Chevrolet and entered the service area as instructed. The Service advisor, I believe to be Rick Fernandes, was speaking to other staff members and eventually looked up, held up his hand as a stop sign & told me, (bruskly), "I'll be with you in a minute". After an unnecessarily long period of time, he looked up and said, again bruskly as if I was bothering him, "What do you need?" I explained my situation, and his reply was, "Ya, well no one called me, These guys are always doing this, who was your sales rep?" I told him, his comment was then, again impatiently, "well I may be able to do this in 20 or so minutes, if I can get you in at all". Not wanting to deal with this attitude, I decided to take care of the inspection at a local service station, 45 miles away near my home on Cape Cod. I've managed and owned businesses, (hotels and resorts) for over 30 years. This type of employee is going to kill your reputation and negate any good business practices and infrastructure investments you will make. More
