I went in to have my breaks checked and they told me I needed the break booster replaced which would be approx $777 dollars. I declined the service to get a second opinion and the second place I had the v needed the break booster replaced which would be approx $777 dollars. I declined the service to get a second opinion and the second place I had the vehicle serviced with told me the break booster does NOT need to be replaced, saving me $777. I will not have my car serviced there in the future anymore. More

I'm a longtime customer...bought our Impala there from Phillip Medeiros in 2015 ...he is great and the service dept. is absolutely wonderful, too. A very accommodating dealer I have owned this Impala for 6 weeks with my usage only of 2 weeks & used Impala I purchased from you has been in your shop for the balance of 4 weeks I have owned this Impala for 6 weeks with my usage only of 2 weeks & used Impala I purchased from you has been in your shop for the balance of 4 weeks. During the time Impala was in your service at Colonial South Chevy you accommodated me with a free car rental. Great way to address customer inconvenience, Your Service department assistant mgr., Jackie Deterra has been great to deal with as she kept me informed at all times of the service progressed. Keeping the customer informed during the service period reduced much of my frustration with the required timeframe as your parts dept. seems to need to order every part needed for the repairs. I do think another accommodation would go a long way with the inconvenience (I purchased in Dartmouth & live on Cape Cod so service is a 50 minute ride each way). I would enjoy a further small accommodation since I am making car payments without the use of the car. Maybe a free pair of front all weather mats or a free tire rotation or u make the car payment for month I did not have usage of the 2014 Impala LTZ. I trust you will give serious thought to further accommodation. More
