I don’t know who Steve Arnold is. I dealt with Antonio Lima. Dealership was fine. A few issues- picked up jeep & battery was dead, went to get glass repaired & it wasn’t repaired unti I dealt with Antonio Lima. Dealership was fine. The service department sucks. The technicians suck. I went in for oil change, and they never changed my oil and charged me for it. I went back the next day and and they were rude The technicians suck. I went in for oil change, and they never changed my oil and charged me for it.
