Great customer service! Steve provided me with a quote quickly and adjusted my invoice since I had a coupon. Fred was friendly and made the visit more enjoyable due to his kinds words. One suggestion would be to present the invoice for the customer to view prior to payment and breakdown labor costs to include hours worked. This will allow the customer to fully understand the prices and can discuss any discrepancies or deduct coupons. The price quoted over the phone should match what the invoice when walking in to pick up the car. Transparency is key in communicating the cost. Nobody likes surprises. I Went to the dealership on December 22nd because my check engine light was on. When I went there I told them while the Car was there they could do in oil change. When I picked the car up the centre check engine light was on. When I went there I told them while the Car was there they could do in oil change. When I picked the car up the centre Caps for my wheels were missing.. After several conversations They checked with the Tech that did the repairs and he could not find the caps. They try to tell me maybe they were stolen and made several excuses but finally ordered them instead they would pay for them. When I went back on January 16th to have them put on The girl that The girl that inspected the car when I brought it Told me that my oil life was only at 10%. I told her they just didn't oil change on December 22nd that I paid for so did they do the oil change charge me and not do it or did they forget to reset it. Said if they charged you for the oil change then it got done . This is not the 1st bad experience with this service centre but it will be the last. I received an email on January 17th telling me that I haven't had service for awhile from somebody named Amy. This whole thing makes me realise it doesn't seem as if anyone in service has any idea what was going on. More
In the four and a half years that I’ve owned my car I had not used the services of Colonial South but I will return in the future. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently.
