Make sure you know what you need to have done. They may tell you, you need something done when you don't. All dealers have access to your vehicle's maintenance history (it is kept on line by GM), when they tell you, you need something done when you don't. All dealers have access to your vehicle's maintenance history (it is kept on line by GM), when they lookup the VIN number they can see the maintenance history, so they have no excuse to charge customers for things that the vehicle didn't need to have done. It happened to me, I didn't need to spend $120.00 for a service that I had been done only a few months ago at another dealership. More

We dropped my daughters car on Tuesday to get the battery replaced. She’s going to college in Dartmouth and her car would not start. They squeezed us in as they did not have any appointments available for th replaced. She’s going to college in Dartmouth and her car would not start. Steve in service is the best. Very helpful, kept me informed what was going on, made things happen. The only problem was the tech in the garage. The problem was the battery Steve told me. Steve then had the car brought in to the garage to be repaired. Battery was installed, car was working for the rest of the day. The next day again car had no electricity. Brought car back and Steve and I found that battery was put in but terminals were never cleaned, and more so terminals were never tighten. Problem was the tech that worked on the car. More
