Brought my vehicle in for a oil change and check engine light. Was told that they needed to complete a full diagnostic that was going to cost $189.00. I explained that I purchased the extended warranty f light. Was told that they needed to complete a full diagnostic that was going to cost $189.00. I explained that I purchased the extended warranty from them. Stated I still needed to pay $189.00 unless it was a warranty issue. Car only has about 40k miles on it but stated it didn't matter. They ended up fixing under warranty but were not the easiest to deal with and needed to escalate to service manager. Experience was not very good and they were very rude to my wife when she initially brought vehicle in. Overall I have had great experiences with them but this was not one of them. More
