I don’t know who Karen Getchell is but my sales rep was Sonya Rodrigues and she was rude and condescending. After 9 weeks I am still waiting for the second key for my vehicle and am getting the run around Sonya Rodrigues and she was rude and condescending. After 9 weeks I am still waiting for the second key for my vehicle and am getting the run around. I was not informed of a recall on the vehicle until after my purchase. I was over charged for my registration (and later refunded), when they had trouble transferring my registration, Sonya told me that it was my fault because I have special plates (vanity plate with ham radio call sign). I am a return customer paying cash and received very poor service and consideration. More
