I am disappointed that we made an appointment, scheduled based on the recall part being delivered. Shortly after dropping the vehicle off, I get a call, indicating that the wrong part was ordered/delivered. based on the recall part being delivered. Being a commercial business I had to pay people to bring that vehicle down there, and I had the loss of that vehicle for a whole day, which was very unnecessary. I hope the next visit goes better than this. More
