Never Again Buyer beware this dealership is shaddy! It all started when I was looking at purchasing a vehicle. I of course asked the typical questions. Like ha Buyer beware this dealership is shaddy! It all started when I was looking at purchasing a vehicle. I of course asked the typical questions. Like had it been in an accident before. Of course the answer was NO! They even showed me the clean carfax report. So initially I believed them! But after looking at the car I started to notice things wrong. Like how one headlight was full of water and the front bumber was not aligned correctly. I brought this to their attention and they said initially they had never removed the bumper and had no knowledge of this. After a few more conversations they relented and told the truth, kinda! They said they had to take the bumper off since they scratched it to repaint it. OK I could buy that. But after a few more inspections it became clear that the car had been in an accident and the dealership had failed to report it. But since the work was minor I still bought the car. The dealer ship did the paperwork and the inspection and I took the car home. Upon attempting to put my babies car seat in the back I came to realize that the center seat belt did not work and needed repair. So the question comes up. How is it they inspected this car correctly? At this point I returned the car as my faith was lost. They of course had a fit with me returning the car and now they are dragging their feet in getting me my money back. More

Just after two short days mike made it possible for me to lease my very first new car! He was patient and explained everything very carefully and really made the difficult car shopping experience effortless. After I purchased my car mike then showed me how to operate every inch of the vehicle which was very helpful. I would recommend this dealership and Mike to anyone interested in buying a new car! More

Chris Rutkowitz handled my purchase from beginning to end with attention to the smallest detail. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and the purchasing process. If Chris didn't know the answer to a particular question (which was rare) he found out right away. He was accountable for the sale and customer satisfaction from start to finish...something I've heard about but never experienced! Also, I got the impression that Chris wasn't just a "one off" that I was fortunate enough to run into. All of the folks from the dealership that I had any dealing with all exhibited the same dedication to service and customer satisfaction that Chris had shown. If your in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and experience the people at Colonial - you won't be disappointed! More

Purchasing experience I live in Foxboro and if it weren't for Rick Fernandes in the service department I would never had known about Colonial South. I first met Rick when I I live in Foxboro and if it weren't for Rick Fernandes in the service department I would never had known about Colonial South. I first met Rick when I purchased a vehicle from his previous employer. He impressed enough with his knowledge and helpfulness that I drive an extra twenty minutes to Dartmouth for his attentive service. It’s always a pleasant experience each time I bring my vehicle in. Everyone is always so friendly and enjoyable. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I requested to look at Tahoes on the lot. I noticed one on the way there and have been considering a change in vehicles. The truck I was driving was great. No problems and an excellent vehicle so there was no driving force to trade. Mike Mandeville was introduced to me and he showed me some vehicles. Mike is a very pleasant non aggressive individual who answered all my questions and concerns with nothing short of experienced knowledge. I felt I was in good hands. As I said, I was under no pressure to trade but the offered deal and additional accommodations made it impossible to turn it down. The entire evolution was hassle free and painless. Everyone from the finance department to the parts department was professional and accommodating. As a result I have the vehicle I desired and no worries as far as service and maintenance. More
Colonial Chevy I went in last Saturday to look around in response to the flier I got in the mail.. Sales manager came over to meet and listened to what I was looking for picked out the vehicle test drove it loved the Cruz.. The negotiating part was painless got right to the point I picked up my new Cruz today.. Great job More

Attitude that kills After buying a new Jeep Cherokee at the sister dearlership, Colonial Chrysler,Jeep, I was told to go 2mi up the road to Colonial Chevrolet to obtain m After buying a new Jeep Cherokee at the sister dearlership, Colonial Chrysler,Jeep, I was told to go 2mi up the road to Colonial Chevrolet to obtain my 2014 Inspection Sticker. I was informed by my sales person, David Bernier of Colonial Jeep, that he had called Colonial Chevy and they were expecting me. FYI David Bernier & Colonial Jeep were always courteous, and effective in their dealings with me. I arrived at Colonial Chevrolet and entered the service area as instructed. The Service advisor, I believe to be Rick Fernandes, was speaking to other staff members and eventually looked up, held up his hand as a stop sign & told me, (bruskly), "I'll be with you in a minute". After an unnecessarily long period of time, he looked up and said, again bruskly as if I was bothering him, "What do you need?" I explained my situation, and his reply was, "Ya, well no one called me, These guys are always doing this, who was your sales rep?" I told him, his comment was then, again impatiently, "well I may be able to do this in 20 or so minutes, if I can get you in at all". Not wanting to deal with this attitude, I decided to take care of the inspection at a local service station, 45 miles away near my home on Cape Cod. I've managed and owned businesses, (hotels and resorts) for over 30 years. This type of employee is going to kill your reputation and negate any good business practices and infrastructure investments you will make. More
