This has been an extremely difficult service problem to resolve regarding my Encore! In fact, the vehicle was transferred to the original dealership (Battles Buick/GMC) for resolution at my request in conc resolve regarding my Encore! I am pretty sure the service dept did not coat my vehicle with the resistall product. The vehicle did not have a drop of water on it (part of the application process), to include the need, the interior had a with the resistall product. The vehicle did not have a drop of water on it (part of the application process), to include the need, the interior had absolutely no residual odor or dampness, there was still dried dirt stuck to the vehicle, and after wiping some bird dropping off the hood, I found it had left a mark. I'm not sure what resistall will say if I call them with a stained interior or round paint, but I would have to say, "I was told it was applied" and hope they would repair any damage(?) I do not know that I want to use colonial's service center, as I haven't gotten an answer as to how this was applied as quickly as it was, with no evidence of it being done. How do I trust and oil change or a repair? Unsure who in service was supposed to apply this, but the manager would be the responsible individual who would ensure a brand new vehicle was properly handled. More
