I came to this dealership on last weds, with not-so-great credit, and a trade-in I was completely upside down in, so I I knew there was no way I was going to be to purchase anything,i just wanted to get some credit, and a trade-in I was completely upside down in, so I I knew there was no way I was going to be to purchase anything,i just wanted to get some numbers on a few SUVs that I might be able to afford in the future. Salesman Brian, walked around in the freezing cold for over 20 minutes wiping off snow from each vehicle trying to find me one that had the best deal and rebates. He and manager Taft and finance director Duarte are very personable understood my impossible situation, and did everything and work all type of magic to get me out of my bad equity situation and into a brand new car! And still check in after the sales were made! Very awesome no pressure! dealership very awesome staff! Thanks again guys! More

And as I was browsing around with my dad, Brian had greeted us and started to chat about everything, and from there on he had been a South Chevrolet. Turtles are faster! Waited Almost 3 hours for an inspection sticker and the included maintenance (oil change/tire rotation) that comes with a new 19 Silverado. Made the appointment 2 weeks prior and told lady I would be waiting for vehicle and not to book me on a day they were super busy. When I arrived for my appointment everyone thought I was just going to leave it! When truck was finally ready the tires had less air in them then when I first brought the truck i, so had to wait another 15min for the hem to correct tire pressure! Rediculous!! I might give them 1 more shot on my next oil change, otherwise I’ll go where I’ve gone to for many years now with excellent prices and service and time management. FIRESTONE! More
