My search for a hard-to-find Nissan Juke SL AWD brought me to Colonial Nissan in late December. The Nissan web site showed that Colonial had one so I made the trip from West Roxbury. First thing he did was get a Juke demo car and we drove to their alternate lot to actually look at their inventory of Jukes. The SL wan't there. I worked with Greg on price and I placed and order ($500 down). For two weeks Greg was very god at keeping me updated on the order status. Unfortunately, another dealer got a Juke sooner so I purchased it there. Colonial Nissan refunded my deposit without hesitation. I recommend Colonial Nissan and Greg in Sales. They are very friendly, up-front, and no nonsense. More

I want to take a minute to share with you my experience at Colonial Nissan in Medford. I am in the process of shopping a new vehicle, more specifically a Nissan Murano. I walked into Colonial simply just to pick up some literature as I'm the type who likes to take the time to research and compare. I consider myself a very educated buyer especially when it comes to a purchase as big as a car. I was greeted by Albert Abramson and also the general manager. They asked for what I was interested in and they were helpful in telling me the current offers. Albert spent time with me without that typical "what do I have to do to get you in this car today" salesman pressure. He took the time to have my car appraised and crunched the preliminary numbers. I had let him know upfront that I wasn't ready to sign on the dotted line that day. He respected that and made sure to make Colonial my choice when the time is right. Truth be told, the respect for my time, the care and sincerity he showed convinced me that the car I will buy is from Albert at Colonial. While I'm sure many who rates on this site would've already made the purchase, they may seem more credible. However, I wouldn't spend the time to write this if my comments were not genuine. More

We spent a lot of time with Al Abramson at Colonial. My mom had passed away in October and left me some money, so I had decided to buy a new Maxima. I stopped at other Nissan dealerships in Woburn and Lynnfield, but no one approached me or offered assistance ( so I had decided to buy a new Maxima. I stopped at other Nissan dealerships in Woburn and Lynnfield, but no one approached me or offered assistance (maybe I didn't look rich enough?). I came to Colonial, and within a few minutes Fred came outside and concluded his phone call in order to speak to me. Fred was happy to show me a few Maximas and take me for a test drive, even though I said I didn't want to waste his time and wasn't ready to buy that day. He even listened to me babble about my mom's passing and expressed his condolances. About 4 weeks later I came by and asked for Fred. He remembered me and showed me a Maxima that included the list of options I wanted. From there it was very relaxed, a lot of waiting (mostly on the financing), but low pressure, and Fred periodically offered us beverages while we waited. I drove it off the lot the same day. Fred called me personally with updates on my registration, insurance, etc. Even the people I didn't deal with were very friendly. The staff is very cool and low pressure. I very much recommend this dealership. More

Al Abramson is a very good follow-up salesman. He called me and left messages about 9 times and sent me two notes in the mail without being annoying or obnoxious. He has great persistence and is very friendly and humorous. He even followed up after I had been to the store with one of his assigned salesman. He is flexible and listens well.
