I was looking for a brand new Nissan Altima and meet with Al Abramson.He took me down the street to the other lot they have to find just the right car I was looking for. I left and the next day he called me and said ha I think I found the prefect car for you and I know your very busy so I will come to your house and show it to you when you come home from work. I said you will do that for me he said yes and did just that. This car was just the car I was looking for. The color all the features. I was so happy I told him to come in the house and I will sign the paperwork. He came in and we made a friend he even had dinner with us.They are not just a car dealership they are a friend. My experiance as a whole was great. As I walked up to the dealership i was immediately greeted by Fred Festa. Right away he made me feel at ease with purchasing a car. I initally wanted a "10" Pathfinder. No dealership i was immediately greeted by Fred Festa. Right away he made me feel at ease with purchasing a car. I initally wanted a "10" Pathfinder. Not seeing the exact model i wanted he suggested a Xterra. We took it for a test drive and I was impressed with it. I was still a little hesitant to sign any documents but we went over everything that day. They were very patient with me. The dealership closed and they were still working with me a hour later. I felt bad when i left and didnt sign any paper work but they understood and allowed me to at least think it over through the night. The next day I called up Fred and told him i wanted the car. He got me in there the next day and I purchased my new car. The one thing i was impressed with was that Fred let me know he was here for me. He was looking to get me the best deal around and i feel he did. I would reccomend Fred Festa to any of my friends looking to purchase a car because I know he will have their best interest at heart. We were looking to trade in our current leased car for a new one. After doing much online research we had decided on a Nissan Rouge. The day we came to Colonial Nissan, it was just to look around, but lit new one. After doing much online research we had decided on a Nissan Rouge. The day we came to Colonial Nissan, it was just to look around, but little did we know that we would find our car. We were greeted by Albert Abramson and explained to him the 4 things we needed in a new car (AWD, sun roof, roof rack & cloth seats). We went out back to look at the current stock. We found 2 rouges that almost fit the bill. The first had everything we wanted (AWD, sun roof, roof rack & cloth seats), but the color was not doing it for us. The second Rouge we found had 3 out of 4 things we wanted, it had everything but the cloth seats, but we did like the color (blue) and had it not been for the leather seats this would have been our car. However we decided to take this one out for a test drive to the next lot and see if our car was there. Sadly the second lot did not have what we were looking for, it had a few more that met the 3 out of 4 but not one that was all 4. We then drove down to the third lot and there it was right in front! A 2010 blue Rouge SL with AWD, sun roof, roof rack & cloth seats!! Excited that we had found the car we were looking for we were sold. Drove that car back to the dealership and started on the paperwork. The overall experience we had was great, friendly customer service, attention to detail and willing to work with us to get the car we wanted not one we could settle for. Albert was extremely freidly and very nowledgeable about all the Nissans I was interested in. He took a ride with me in a 2010 Pathfinder and explained all the features. We were greeted as soon as we stepped on the lot by a friendly salesperson he asked us some questions and directed us to albert abramson. He was very patient while my 73 year old mom chose her color car.This dealership has a great employee in Albert and the rest of the staff that we had the pleasure of dealin with was awesome.
