The following day I sent an email to the email address on the card that was given to me by the sales person Flavio Ramos with an inquiry as to having the vehicle certified as Nissan pre-owned so that the warranty would be extended. I asked to be contacted by email as I would not have access to the # I had left them due to travel. I recieved no response. I sent a 2nd email 2 days later and recieved no response. I left a voice mail on Flavio's phone the next day letting him know that I had left several emails with no response. I got an email the next day informing me that he had not recieved any of my emails due to the email address on his card being de-activated?!?!?!?!? So I resent my questions to the email address to which he had contacted me and again got know response. I sent another follow up email to the new address..and got no response. I called and left a 2nd voice mail saying I had enough and wanted my deposit refunded. I finally recived an email from James Barbieau telling me that he had just recieved all my emails and would be refunding my deposit ASAP. That was 4 days ago and I still have not recieved my deposit. In total it has been almost 3 weeks since I left my deposit. This dealership threw away a $31000 sale over a $500 certification question, gave me a de-activated email address, did not respond even when I was given a different email address, and never addressed my original question. Aren't they supposed to be in the business of selling cars????? I would not reccomend this place to anyone. It is now 11/11/2010 and I still have not gotten my deposit refunded even though I was told this would happen the day I made my original compliant which was 11/4/10. More

As soon as I walked into the dealership during President's Day Weekend, I spoke to Greg Spanos. He was very knowledgable about the Nissan Altima that I purchased that day. He worked with me for my trade-in, and did an amazing job with the test drive & all paperwork. That day, the dealership was having a cook-out so I enjoyed some burgers & snacks while I spoke to Greg. He even threw in a free vacation of my choice just for purchasing that day. He delivered the car that following week, with the greatest of ease. Greg was a great salesman and I will do my very best to recommend him to anyone that I know who is purchasing a vehicle. More
Colonial Nissan Of Medford is the best Dealership I have ever been to. They have a vast array of exceptional vehicles to choose from. All of which are in mint condition. All of Colonials employees go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They are very friendly and welcoming. I really felt like I was top priority from the first moment I drove into their lot when Greg Spanos greeted me immediately. My salesman (Greg Spanos) went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted. The financial salesman (Gary) went above and beyond his duty to make sure we got financed. They were very professional and took care of everything for me. They even stayed past closing to make sure everything worked out. Greg is truly an amazing salesman. I would totally recommend him. I am very satisfied with the purchase of my Nissan Murano. Its everything I had hoped for and more. My overall experience was amazing and by far the best its ever been while buying a car. Dawn S. I was looking for a brand new Nissan Altima and meet with Al Abramson.He took me down the street to the other lot they have to find just the right car I was looking for. I left and the next day he called me and said ha I think I found the prefect car for you and I know your very busy so I will come to your house and show it to you when you come home from work. I said you will do that for me he said yes and did just that. This car was just the car I was looking for. The color all the features. I was so happy I told him to come in the house and I will sign the paperwork. He came in and we made a friend he even had dinner with us.They are not just a car dealership they are a friend. My experiance as a whole was great. As I walked up to the dealership i was immediately greeted by Fred Festa. Right away he made me feel at ease with purchasing a car. Not seeing the exact model i wanted he suggested a Xterra. We took it for a test drive and I was impressed with it. I was still a little hesitant to sign any documents but we went over everything that day. They were very patient with me. The dealership closed and they were still working with me a hour later. I felt bad when i left and didnt sign any paper work but they understood and allowed me to at least think it over through the night. The next day I called up Fred and told him i wanted the car. He got me in there the next day and I purchased my new car. The one thing i was impressed with was that Fred let me know he was here for me. He was looking to get me the best deal around and i feel he did. I would reccomend Fred Festa to any of my friends looking to purchase a car because I know he will have their best interest at heart.
