Six dealers all over Massachusetts said they had one, made me come in, and tried to sell me another model because they did not have a manual Xterra in their inventory. I called Al Abramson at Colonial Nissan of Medford. Within hours, we took a test drive and I purchased the Xterra. No lies, no manipulation, just complete honesty and courtesy. Later I met the Financial Manager, Service Manager and staff, Parts Department staff, the Manager, and rest of the staff. All were courteous, pleasant and honest. Thanks Al and all the Colonial Staff. I would recommend you to anyone. More
I searched around for a car and had some terrible experiences with dealers in the area, who were unfriendly and unhelpful and not very nice. I came into Colonial on the last day of the sale. My deal experiences with dealers in the area, who were unfriendly and unhelpful and not very nice. I came into Colonial on the last day of the sale. My dealer was friendly and patient and helped me look at all of the different options. He stayed beyond closing to help me finalize the deal. They were helpful and consistent with following up after I had made the deal to when I actually purchased the car. I could not have been happier with my experience. More
My wife was having problems with her Hyundai Elantra. Jim assured us that they would be able to help even though they were a Nissan dealer. He was very courteous and friendly. I received a phone call as soon assured us that they would be able to help even though they were a Nissan dealer. He was very courteous and friendly. I received a phone call as soon as the problem was discovered and another one shortly thereafter to let me know the problem was repaired and the car was ready to be picked up. Thanks to Jim's great service we will definitely be using Colonial Nissan again! More
I went to Colonial Nissan in June 2010, to get a new car for myself that was used. I worked with Albert Abramson the entire time and was very pleased with what he had done for me. When I picked up Toyota Co for myself that was used. I worked with Albert Abramson the entire time and was very pleased with what he had done for me. When I picked up Toyota Corolla, he had driven and picked up a new dashboard for my car, and also had put in a free remote starter for my car that I was not expecting. Al also brought my car down to get the insepction so I did not have to do that myself and also filled up my entire tank of gas. My car looked beautiful when I could finally take it home. I was very happy with my decision going to Colonial Nissan. More

While I was not expecting to buy a vehicle, I found the friendliness and openeness of the people at Colonial that made the decision easier to close on a deal the same day. I entered Colonial Nissan two nights ago looking for a particular deal, and I pretty much got what I wanted. My most recent vehicle, a 2001 Kia Sportage, was on its deathbed, and I was facing the very re particular deal, and I pretty much got what I wanted. My most recent vehicle, a 2001 Kia Sportage, was on its deathbed, and I was facing the very real possibility of busing to work while I searched for another used car, which I knew would take at least a month. So, knowing that their summer deals on 2010 models were ending, I thought I might buy a new car for the first time in my life if I got a decent deal. I walked in a spoke with Gary Starr immediately. I told him I was interested in the 2010 Rogue and had driven it multiple times when it had come out last year, but I had originally decided against buying a new car. I also knew it was on their model year end deals list, and wanted to get one for invoice for the 0% APR. No haggling was involved really, he just said that would be fine. He didn't seem to care too much about the price haggling since he was in finance and didn't make commission, so I felt I had received a fair deal. Unfortunately, I was not approved for 0% APR, despite my good credit score, because all I've ever had is revolving credit, and have never taken out a loan on a car/house before. I ended up still getting a very low rate, and it turns out that, given my down payment, the rebate that is offered instead of the 0% APR almost completely covers the finance charges on the 60 month note, so it didn't really matter, and will actually benefit me if I pay the car off early. I left them with my Kia the following morning while they cleaned and prepped the new ride, and when I went to pick it up in the afternoon, Rich, my sales person, offered to pick me up and give me a ride back to the dealership. I thought that was very nice of him, but I actually declined and just walked over there from where I was. When I got there, they gave me all of their standard speeches about the car that they must be required to do, and I drove it off the lot around 6 pm. Overall, I thought these people were very friendly, and didn't try to "sell" me anything. I mean, obviously I was in the market to buy a car, so they didn't have to sell me that, but they didn't do much pushing of any extra stuff on me and didn't make me feel like I was just another body that they were selling a car to, even though I probably was. I like that, so I would suggest them to anyone. More

He was patient, a good listener and communicator, and he did not try to oversell us. After discussion (sometimes humorous) and a test drive (for two people), we bought a 2010 Sentra. The atmosphere was very positive and friendly. Every sales and custodial staff member acknowledged or chatted with us. No tension evident at all. During our financing discussion with Gary, there was consideration for our needs, pleasant humor, and no overselling. We live about 4 miles from the dealership. Something came up at work for my husband that kept us from going to the dealership the day of delivery. So Alan Gallagher went out of his way to get it to us by picking me up in our new car and driving me to the dealership to finalize things. I drove away a very happy buyer. I will be recommending them to family and friends, and know where to go next time we're car shopping. More
