I just bought a 2010 Nissan Sentra from these guys about a month ago, and despite me being a somewhat annoying customer, it has been an excellent experience. I love Nissan cars. I was ending my current lease and was going to head to IRA in Woburn to buy my next car. On my way home from work, I stopped over at Colonial in Medford. The way I was treated, you would have thought I was meeting family members. I worked with Fred (sales) who has such an ease about him (not your cliche sales person), a nice guy. I ended up buying my car within an hour. No high-pressure sales tactics, no stress just ease of doing business. During my time at Colonial, I met with Paul (Sales Manager) and then Gary (Business Manager) all were great! I would highly recommend Colonial Nissan and hope you give these people more business. IRA missed out and I am glad, Colonial is my new Nissan home. More
I wanted to thank Greg for taking the time that he spent with me. I went into the dealership just to look at the Rouge, not ready to buy that day. I was on the market for a new car but didn't know what mak with me. I went into the dealership just to look at the Rouge, not ready to buy that day. I was on the market for a new car but didn't know what maker car I wanted to purchase. I was looking at three other makers. After Greg took the time to take me for a test drive and thoroughly explained the car in full details, I felt more knowledgeable and comfortable with the car. Greg and his manager made the negotiations easier than any other dealership that I have dealt with. Greg also made the delivery of the car convenient to my schedule. The following day I sent an email to the email address on the card that was given to me by the sales person Flavio Ramos with an inquiry as to having the vehicle certified as Nissan pre-owned so that the warranty would be extended. I asked to be contacted by email as I would not have access to the # I had left them due to travel. I recieved no response. I sent a 2nd email 2 days later and recieved no response. I left a voice mail on Flavio's phone the next day letting him know that I had left several emails with no response. I got an email the next day informing me that he had not recieved any of my emails due to the email address on his card being de-activated?!?!?!?!? So I resent my questions to the email address to which he had contacted me and again got know response. I sent another follow up email to the new address..and got no response. I called and left a 2nd voice mail saying I had enough and wanted my deposit refunded. I finally recived an email from James Barbieau telling me that he had just recieved all my emails and would be refunding my deposit ASAP. That was 4 days ago and I still have not recieved my deposit. In total it has been almost 3 weeks since I left my deposit. This dealership threw away a $31000 sale over a $500 certification question, gave me a de-activated email address, did not respond even when I was given a different email address, and never addressed my original question. Aren't they supposed to be in the business of selling cars????? I would not reccomend this place to anyone. It is now 11/11/2010 and I still have not gotten my deposit refunded even though I was told this would happen the day I made my original compliant which was 11/4/10. More

He worked with me for my trade-in, and did an amazing job with the test drive & all paperwork. That day, the dealership was having a cook-out so I enjoyed some burgers & snacks while I spoke to Greg. He even threw in a free vacation of my choice just for purchasing that day. He delivered the car that following week, with the greatest of ease. Greg was a great salesman and I will do my very best to recommend him to anyone that I know who is purchasing a vehicle. More
