I bought the 2011 Rogue from Al Abramson at Colonial Nissan. Al is a good guy, not pushy, straight up. When I arrived to pick up my car, Al sat in the passenger seat and made sure I knew how all for the features/options worked (connected my iPhone music, set up the Blue-tooth, Navigation …). Colonial also gave me a very good trade-in-value for my 4Runner. Everyone I met at Colonial was friendly, outgoing and focused on customer service. Thank you: Al, Kaser, Gary and Paul. Clint ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why The Rogue: I’ve lived in New England all my life and vowed many years ago that I would never buy a non-SUV AWD/4WD vehicle because of the New England winter weather and the need to drive north to ski country. When I decided to give up my 4Runner for a more fuel efficient vehicle, I did a tremendous amount of research on medium sized SUV/Crossovers. I test drove the Rogue, Rav4, and CRV at a few different dealerships, educating myself on the vehicles as I wanted to make sure I bought the right vehicle at the right dealership for the right price. I found that the Nissan Rouge had everything I wanted/needed. One feature that was very important to me was the ability to lock the vehicle into full time 4WD and bring it up to any speed, the Rouge did this. The Rav4 has the ability to do this, but only up to 25mph and it’s not an option in the CRV. The Rogue also handles better, drives much more like a car than an SUV/truck. Hands down the Rogue offered more options/features for less money, a better value. More

James is a very good Internet Sale person. He was very quick in response to my questions through email. The moment my wife and I stepped into the store, Al stood, bowed and shook our hands with a friendly introduction. This makes us feels very warm welcomed. I went through 5 different dealers (Honda, Ford, Hyundai) for my shopping, and the friendly message we received at Colonial Nissan of Medford gave us a big push to make a deal on the Rogue with them last night. Al is currently trying to get us a Rogue that is from another dealer. Even though the process has not been completed yet, I just want to write these reviews on a good work Al provided so far. April was also very reasonable. I brought in a lower quote that I'd like to match with Colonial Medford, and she did the review without hesitation. Even better, at the end of my deal, before April left, she came over, and congratulated us on our new car. This is a very important act that I see other dealers don't have. My wife and I drove home last night and we thought to ourselves why we didn't step into Colonial Nissan of Medford the first place. If we did, we would have driven our new car by now. More

It was great working with this dealership and really enjoyed the experience. We were looking to trade in our current leased car for a new one. After doing much online research we had decided on a Nissan Rouge. The day we came to Colonial Nissan, it was just to look around, but little did we know that we would find our car. We were greeted by Albert Abramson and explained to him the 4 things we needed in a new car (AWD, sun roof, roof rack & cloth seats). We went out back to look at the current stock. We found 2 rouges that almost fit the bill. The first had everything we wanted (AWD, sun roof, roof rack & cloth seats), but the color was not doing it for us. The second Rouge we found had 3 out of 4 things we wanted, it had everything but the cloth seats, but we did like the color (blue) and had it not been for the leather seats this would have been our car. However we decided to take this one out for a test drive to the next lot and see if our car was there. Sadly the second lot did not have what we were looking for, it had a few more that met the 3 out of 4 but not one that was all 4. We then drove down to the third lot and there it was right in front! A 2010 blue Rouge SL with AWD, sun roof, roof rack & cloth seats!! Excited that we had found the car we were looking for we were sold. Drove that car back to the dealership and started on the paperwork. The overall experience we had was great, friendly customer service, attention to detail and willing to work with us to get the car we wanted not one we could settle for. I bought my 2010 Sentra from Colonial Nissan in medford. I recently decided to use their mailed offer of oil change & tire rotation. When I checked in, Joanne, Service Rep. par excellance, asked if there w I recently decided to use their mailed offer of oil change & tire rotation. When I checked in, Joanne, Service Rep. par excellance, asked if there was any other work I'd like done that day. I said, "Yes, I'd like my antenna put back on." It had come off in a car wash. Upon completion of the oil & tire work, Joanne told me that the antenna had broken off, they could not re-affix it, and the whole assembly need replacing.....to the tune of, $441.00! I was floored. I told her that when I picked up my new car, 11 months earlier, it had no antenna. It took 3 different Nissan employees to try to get it to stay put....they finally did. I believed that the antenna was broken from the get-go! Joanne then suggested that I speak with the Gen. Mgr, Sayid, which I did. He listened and then investigated. He then asked if I minded waiting until monday or tuesday morning, the latest. He was going to contact Nissan to request a 'good will' servicing. I got a call from Joanne at 8:25 AM monday morning informing me that her manager, Jim Islami, received the OK to allow my antenna assembly to be fixed GRATIS! I was floored. I have never dealt with a dealership service depatmnet that is so nice, knowledgable, and efficient. They get things done! Colonial Nissan is my auto servicer of choice. They also service almost every other car, as well! More
