All I wanted was a part for a Sentra S for one of my customers. I went to the parts dept and got nothing but a bad attitude from a guy with a gotee. He condescending and just down right rude. I run a auto shop and in the past told customers to go there in order to get parts that I can not get. That will not be happening in the future. It makes me look bad sending a customer there and risk them be treated like this. More
I bought my used car back in January from Al Abramson and had a great car-buying experience then. But I was so surprised that Al reached out to me again six months later to check up and make sure I had no t had a great car-buying experience then. He wasn't trying to sell me any additional thing--he just genuinely wanted to know that his customer was happy and satisfied with the purchase. With a big-ticket item like a car, I want to know that the person I'm dealing with is available for follow up and cares if I'm happy in the long run. When I walked into Colonial Nissan two days ago with my mother to help her buy a car, I had no idea that I would be in for such an easy and honest car buying experience. I bought my first new car from them back in 2007, and went back when my fiancee was looking for a Rogue. At that time, it was nearly impossible to get someone to talk with us, and when they did, they jus went back when my fiancee was looking for a Rogue. At that time, it was nearly impossible to get someone to talk with us, and when they did, they just didn't seem to care. At that point, I was ready to write them off as awful. Things have changed. For the better. Yesterday I went in because I needed to get my brakes done and a new muffler. After hearing that it would cost a fortune to get my 07 Versa fixed, I wanted to know what it would cost to trade in the Versa and get a new Juke. That's when we met Al Abramson. That totally changed my opinion of Colonial Nissan. He wasn't pushy at all, was incredibly helpful and really knew about the car. And he had the dry, sarcastic sense of humor that was just our speed. Rather than trying to pressure me into getting something, he was perfectly honest, and made me feel completely comfortable and excited about getting my new Juke. So much so that my fiancee decided to see what she could get by trading in her Rogue for an Xterra. To make a long story short, we walked in on a Saturday with me pissed off about paying to get my 07 Versa fixed, and we walked out buying two new cars. I couldn't be more excited about my new car, and can't say enough about Al as a salesman. I'd suggest him to anyone. Buying a car should be fun. It was at Colonial Nissan. More
My husband and I visited Colonial Nissan because they had by far the best selection of the model in which we were interested. Also, in the process of doing online searches and having to give our contact inf by far the best selection of the model in which we were interested. Also, in the process of doing online searches and having to give our contact information in order to get information back, we were deluged by daily phone calls and emails from every dealer who received our information—except Colonial. Colonial was the only dealership who sent out truly useful emails, didn't phone, and didn't pressure us in any way. That in itself was a uniquely pleasant experience. When we arrived at Colonial we were approached by Al Abramson, who was friendly, amusing, knowledgeable about his product, and helpful without being overbearing. I have to say this is the first time in my life I have actually enjoyed buying a car. The transaction went smoothly from start to finish, was efficiently handled, and we left very pleased with our purchase. We would recommend Colonial Nissan, and Mr. Abramson in particular, to anyone looking for either a new or used Nissan. It was a great experience! More
I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Juke through Colonial Nissan. It's been quite some time since I've purchased a new vehicle and have had many questions about it's driving style, etc. I've also had to br Nissan. It's been quite some time since I've purchased a new vehicle and have had many questions about it's driving style, etc. I've also had to bring it in for a service engine light and paint defects on the interior. Each and everytime I've been in, it's been a wonderful experience. I've never been made to feel silly about my questions and when actual service was necessary my car has been in and out of there in no time flat. I'm always offered a ride to/from work and always, always greeted with a smile. It's never fun to be without my car, but the service group at Colonial make it as pleasant of an expereince as it can be! I recommend this dealership to everyone! More
