This dealer is not trust worthy. I purchased a car from a NY dealer. Colonial Nissan gave its word to do the swap. After I checked with them on the car, they reneged. How dispicable was that. I went to Colonial Nissan purely by chance, I did a search on the main Nissan website and was brought to Colonial. I am glad that I was! My experience with Colonial was great from start to finish, from the initial email communication with Nate to my sales experiences with Natacha and Kaser. The people at Colonial are genuine and honest - I value a nice "local" experience over the robots at the bigger dealerships. They truly knew the area and were easy to identify with as locals. We talked about cars. We talked about hockey. We talked about the area. They didn't seem to play the normal games and there always seemed to be the fantastic quality of transparency in all of our conversations. Natacha was friendly, positive and a huge factor in making sure we got the best deal. Every person at Colonial seemed to go the extra mile, from the fact that Natacha told me to drive wherever I wanted to on the test drive to the fact that they went digging for - and found - the car's extra keys. And Natacha even made sure that they even brought it to the carwash when I came back after a week for inspection. A car dealership is a business to be certain, but Colonial Nissan is truly a people-driven business, and it is people like Natacha Alexandre who make a special place to buy a car. More

These folks are far and away the best dealership I've ever worked with. The sales person, Aida, was friendly, helpful, informative, and more than accommodating. When I walked in I knew I wanted a 2011 ever worked with. The sales person, Aida, was friendly, helpful, informative, and more than accommodating. When I walked in I knew I wanted a 2011 Versa and that's all she showed me. It's the first time a sales person hasn't tried to sell me something other than what I had in mind. The finance person, Gary, was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and gave me more options than I've been given before. In fact I think the package he put together gave me a really great deal for the money I spent. I left thinking I really got the best deal I could have gotten anywhere. More

The reasons why I am giving this rating is 1 to ensure that the employees here get the proper recognition due for their fine work, customer service skills and willingness to go out of their way to assist that the employees here get the proper recognition due for their fine work, customer service skills and willingness to go out of their way to assist customers ( me) and two that all know that there are still establishments out there that treat customers as individuals giving respect and personal attention to our needs, thus meriting our buisiness. My situation was quite sad with a failed transmission on a 2008 model! Hoestly I did have second thoughts about Nissan and was ready to swith to a nother japanese model , however Jim and Ken in Particular , save the day for me and helped me gain or regain confidence in NISSAN. Cheers to them! More
