I have leased through Nissan for the past 3 year (39 months to be exact) and have always enjoyed the vehicles and service. There is something highly commendable about the authenticity and genuine nature of the Colonial team. There are no intimidating gimmicks or (forgive the term) "cheesy sales representatives." There is a feeling of trust and comfort that the staff is knowledgeable and actually want to help each customer (or at least me) make the best possible choice. Leasing or financing a car is big deal, and I really felt like the staff members I dealt with specifically (Chris and Mike) were extremely diligent about providing the most recent offers and information about the vehicle and leasing terms. I went in completely unsure about what steps to take now that my lease was nearing it's final breaths. This dealer is not trust worthy. I purchased a car from a NY dealer. Colonial Nissan gave its word to do the swap. After I checked with them on the car, they reneged. How dispicable was that.
