Great Customer Service! From the minute I first made contact with Colonial Nissan, I could tell their customer service was above and beyond that of other dealerships. I firs From the minute I first made contact with Colonial Nissan, I could tell their customer service was above and beyond that of other dealerships. I first interacted with Mike via email to discuss the car I was interested in buying. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions via email, and helped me arrange a test drive a few days later. When I arrived, I met Mike in person and was connected with Roy as a salesperson. Again, Roy knew what he was talking about and took me over to the "B lot" to see the car I wanted. He indulged me as I went back and forth looking at two nearly identical cars and asked plenty of "what does this do?" questions. Back at the dealership, Roy and Dennis worked hard to get me a price I was happy with and made it clear they wanted to work with me. When we finally agreed on a price, Matthew in the Finance Department talked me through every step of the financing process and explained all of my options to me clearly. I had a lot of questions, and they were all answered knowledgeably and professionally. When I went back two days later to pick up the car, Roy walked me through all parts of the car and sat with me in the car as I tried every feature and pressed every button. I left feeling I knew the car as well as I could and had someone I could call later if I had any more questions. I can't say enough good things about Mike, Roy, Dennis, Matthew, and the entire Colonial Nissan dealership. To be honest I stumbled across this dealership and went in expecting the same song and dance that I've been getting right along with out the interest in even going the extra mile. All I can say is man was I wrong. I was completely blown away by the service I received from the salesman Clark to the manager Dennis all the way to down to the finance manager Matt. They went above and beyond for me. I felt so comfortable and like I was with family. If I could give 10 stars I would. I can't thank them enough for all they did for me and my family in getting me everything I was looking for within a budget I was looking for. I really am enjoying my new SUV even though it's been just two days technically one day since I bought it.
