I was sitting at another dealership when I called Colonial Nissan and Spoke with Joe Murray. I told him I was looking to get out of my 2012 Maxima and interested in the Pathfinder special listed in Colonial Nissan and Spoke with Joe Murray. I told him I was looking to get out of my 2012 Maxima and interested in the Pathfinder special listed in the Newspaper. Joe said that they had a great selection of 2012 and 2013 Pathfinders. I told him in advance I will only come in if they can get me out of my car and into a new one with little out of pocket and Joe assured me it could be done. I drove from Marlboro to Medford and worked with Joe and Chris Dicarlo. The manager Mike got me into a new Pathfinder with little out of pocket and drove home in my new Pathfinder. Went into service for a problem had my mechanic look at the nissan that I was driving after 4 time he couldn't fix it I went to colonial nissan and I spoke to Jim and he said to leave the vehicle and have the nissan that I was driving after 4 time he couldn't fix it I went to colonial nissan and I spoke to Jim and he said to leave the vehicle and have it diagnosed He called me with a estimate I told if was going to fix my car to fix it Jim called when it was done and I came to pick up my Vehicle and he explained what was done and it was cheaper than expected and I have no had any problem since I pick up my car I will only go back to colonial because I am very happy with the service I received I will be looking for a new car soon and Jim told me when I was ready to let him know and he will introduce me to somebody in sales Thank You you guys are awesome More

I have leased through Nissan for the past 3 year (39 months to be exact) and have always enjoyed the vehicles and service. There is something highly commendable about the authenticity and genuine nature of the Colonial team. There are no intimidating gimmicks or (forgive the term) "cheesy sales representatives." There is a feeling of trust and comfort that the staff is knowledgeable and actually want to help each customer (or at least me) make the best possible choice. Leasing or financing a car is big deal, and I really felt like the staff members I dealt with specifically (Chris and Mike) were extremely diligent about providing the most recent offers and information about the vehicle and leasing terms. I went in completely unsure about what steps to take now that my lease was nearing it's final breaths.
