Dont buy a car from nissan they are thieves. I leased a new pathfinder and put $2500 down. When I went home I realized that the paperwork stated I only put 1500 down. I brought my 2011 Nissan Murano in for service: Oil change & tire rotation. When I was told my vehicle was ready and brought to the cashier to check out. I questioned what was done - the service person didn't review the inspection or anything. I HAD TO LOOK AT IT and its a good thing I did. Because it wasn't filled out properly. Only 1/4 of the information was filled out - nothing noted about my tires and brakes, etc. When I questioned the service person felt terrible and said there was a new person that worked on my Murano but would have another technician look at it. The service person went and talked to the tech that did my car and when asked how my brakes looked he said they looked new. REALLY? Last time I was in they were at 50% and 60%. So I was brought back to watch for myself another tech look at my Murano. He said the brakes are now at 30% and 50%. When they looked at my tires; my front right tire is worn more than the others. When I questioned it the service person asked if I ever had an alignment. My answer - NO. I was never told I ever needed an alignment - my Murano has 35000 miles on it and is always brought for service when due. No one has ever said I needed one. Sure enough, the service person checked and didn't see anything on my records. He then tells me that they recommend replacing the tires before winter. So it doesn't make sense to have one done now when i'll be needed tires soon. Ok fine.. so we go to the cashier and check out. My bill was $54.95. I went home did some things.. then checked my bank account online. The idiot at the dealership charged my card $85.20. I called them and got them to refund $27.00. These people are ridiculous and have no attention to details!!! I'm stuck with them as I have a 100k mile warranty with them. I hate dealing with them and want to trade in my Murano for another car with a different dealership because I 'm so disgusted with them!!! More

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue and it's perfect for me and my family. I fell in love with the car as soon as I took it for a test drive and began the process as soon as I got back to the dealership. There were some additional steps required to satisfy the bank, but even still, it was a smooth process because of the exceptional service the staff provided. My mother bought her new car from here and highly recommended them, and I'm glad she did. My husband is due for a new car in the next few months (he loves my new toy and wants his own!), and we'll definitely be back to Colonial Nissan of Medford. Thank you so much, Chris and Angel!! I went into Colonial Nissan in search for a reliable, affordable car. I am a graduate student and therefore have a limited budget. He was very honest and offered the model that would be most affordable. I told him the price range I was looking for, and he was able to get a lower monthly payment than I was hoping for! In addition, I worked with the manager, Mike Rowe who was also a pleasure to work with. I ended up signing a 2-year lease, and he offered free maintenance for the entire 2 years. This means that I can go to the dealership every 3 months and get oil changes, tire rotations, and all other maintenance for no cost. For the next 2 years I will be driving my brand new Sentra, paying a low monthly payment, and all I have to worry about is paying for gas. I couldn't be happier! Go to Colonial Nissan if you want to be taken care of and treated with respect. More
