He did not pressure me into any decisions or try to upsell me. Mike, who helped me set up my financing, really seemed to know his department. He offered me a lot of options and was able to answer all my questions. Mike, Clark, and Dennis, the manager, all stayed later than planned so they could finish paperwork with me. Overall it was a fair and easy process! More
