Amen, I have have had horrible experience at car dealers in the past and my recent purchase from Colonial Nissan was perfect in my mind. I also got treated fairly, the employees were happy and up beat and in the past and my recent purchase from Colonial Nissan was perfect in my mind. I have to say, I have had some bad luck in the past with car dealerships. This place was a GREAT experience. I dealt with Serge who was super friendly when we first came in.The manager came over to introduce himself to me because I purchased a car there 10 years ago. Serge took us for a ride and explained the car's features. We came back. Serge still did not give me a price for the car. But took an application. I did not have perfect credit (550) But not terrible credit either. I had been establishing new credit since my divorce. Serge came back and said I needed proof of a discharge which I later had faxed to him. I went back into the dealership to get a copy of the letter that was faxed which he had sitting on his desk. Serge was with another customer and never discussed or submitted the letter to the finance manager. He just blew me off me. I was lead to believe if I got the letter Financing would be know problem. I left the dealership thinking Serge would follow up with me later. But he never did. Because I was treated poorly I purchased a Murano at a different dealership that treated me with respect and got a 8% rate. So serge missed out on that commission. More

I took my son to get a new car and I was a bit nervous we would have a hard time getting a good price without days of back and forth and haggling. I had seen the billboard for Colonial Nissan saying they were number 1 volume nissan dealer 6 years in a row so I thought it coulndt hurt to give them a try. I was very pleased with the outcome. we were treated good, and we got a great price with no BS!! Thank you Jason, Serge, and Colonial Nissan and keep up the good work. More
